So you think pensions are a waste of time? - we'll prove you wrong!

At Innes Reid we are challenging people to view pensions in a different way following the stream of negative pension stories about pension plans that have recently played out in the press. If we were to ask you if you'd like to talk about pensions we know what answer we'd get. However, we've found that by posing the question: 'Would you like to retire early?', can usually challenge the way you think.

We recognise that unless you're a pensions expert, it's not always a topic that people make time for. That's why in our continued support of Flintshire Business week we'll be contributing to their SME day and following a presentation by the Bank of England we'll be keeping to the finance theme with our thought provoking and challenging presentation about pensions - and we'd like to invite you to come and  join us.

We know your time is valuable which is why during our punchy presentation we'll aim to prove that pensions are far from a waste of time. Our presentation will demonstrate how with expert advice and positive action you can avoid the common pitfalls, dispel a few myths and make the most of your retirement planning.

Investing an hour of your time to plan for the future may allow you to retire earlier than anticipated or may provide you with a higher pension in retirement. This has to be a more proactive approach than waiting, fingers crossed, that your lottery numbers come up before you retire!
